We Make It Clear.

We Make It Clear.

Our founder, Suman Dua

Registered Migration Agent MARN 1800859, saw first hand how overwhelming and complex the migration process can be. With constantly changing laws and confusing policies, too many people end up trying to work the system out alone.

That’s why we built a migration service that puts people first

offering expert guidance, clarity, and careful preparation at every step.

Since 2018 we have worked with individuals, professionals and businesses across Australia on their visa and residency planning

Suman has been featured by Forbes, SBS Radio, ABC News and TEDx, and keeps her advice current as migration law changes.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Migration agents are expensive. Is it worth the cost?

Our guidance helps you prepare your application correctly from the start, so the common mistakes that cause delays and refusals are dealt with before you lodge.

Can’t I do the visa application myself?

Yes, but even minor errors can lead to refusal. Our Registered Migration Agents review your application for accuracy and completeness, and prepare it against the requirements set by the Department of Home Affairs.

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. No migration agent or consultant can guarantee a visa outcome. All decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. What we can do is prepare your application carefully, with experienced MARA-registered migration agents reviewing your documents and evidence before lodgement. MARN 1800859.

How long does the migration process take?

The Department of Home Affairs publishes current processing times for every subclass, and we will point you to the figure for yours at your consultation. No agent can influence or speed up how long the Department takes.

What if my visa is refused?

If your visa is refused, we assess the reasons for refusal and provide options, including reapplying with a stronger case or applying to the Administrative Review Tribunal if you have review rights. Review deadlines are short and usually cannot be extended, so get advice quickly.
