Question: I have received offer letter from my employer, but I'm having one year work experience. Can I apply for a 482 Visa?
Answer: To be eligible to apply for a 482 visa as an applicant, you need to have a minimum of two years of work experience in the nominated occupation. If you only have one year of work experience, you should look at the 407 training visa because the 482 Visa does not apply to your situation.
Question: Is Hotel Hospitality Managers eligible for a 190 Visa in Brisbane?
Answer: So your occupation is open for a 190 Visa. You can lodge an expression of interest for a 190 Visa, but it depends on how many applicants have applied for a 190 Visa who may have higher points than you or work experience than you. So even though the requirement is 80 points for a 190 Visa, what we have noticed, especially in the hospitality sector, is if you want to get an invite for 190, you may want to compete with a lot of applicants, which will require higher points and higher work experience.
Question: Which states are best to study in 2020?
Answer: So, some states prioritize international graduates from their State. Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania are some of these states. But then again, it'll depend on what course you wish to do and your nominated occupation before we pick a State for you.
Question: Can dependent apply during 408 Visa?
Answer: Now, 408 Visa, if you're talking about the Covid Visa, it's an onshore visa. So if you want your dependent to apply for a 408, they need to be here in Australia. So if they're offshore at the moment and can come here on a tourist visa, they can look at applying for a 408 Visa as a dependent applicant.
Question: Can a primary applicant for a 491 Visa work in any field to show the tax amount for three years?
Answers: That's correct. So the 491 Visa has no such condition that you only have to work in your nominated occupation. So you could work in any occupation. You could work on TFN or ABN and combine the two incomes from TFN and ABN to meet the taxable income requirement.
Question: I am doing the Professionally Year Program, and once I get the completion letter, I'll get the degree assessment. Professional Year Points expire in three years. Professional Year also works as skills assessment for students who don't have one year experience in their occupation. But once your PYP expires, we definitely lose five points.
But then, how can I do the skills assessment after three years because we can never go for any general skills visa without skills assessment?
Answers: The Professional Program expires four years from the start date. So it expires in three years from the completion date. And if your skills assessment has expired, how will you get the skills assessment if Professional Year Program has expired? Regarding this, the Professional Year Program expires for the migration points, but it only expires if you wish to get a skills assessment based on that. For example, after four years, if you want to apply your skills assessment again with ACS, you can submit the same professional year program completion letter and get a positive skills assessment. It's just that you cannot claim any points for that professional year program.

Question: Is there any problem to apply for 189, 190 visa while I'm already on a 489 Visa issued on 10th December, 2000?
Answer: No, there is no such condition that you cannot apply for a 189 or 190 Visa while holding a 489 Visa. Such conditions apply to the 491 and 494 Visa, as well as a skilled regional visa. But, these conditions do not apply to a 489. We have been successful in getting 190 or 189 Visa for many of our 489 Visa applicants.
Question: I'm wondering if there is any residency requirements for Victoria one 190 offshore applicants. So, for example, I check the requirements for ACT 190 offshore applications, and it says you have to at least have lived offshore for a year in the past. Does Victoria 190 offshore also have such requirement? If so, how long the applicant should have lived offshore to be eligible to apply for Victoria 190 nomination offshore?
Answer: So there is no such requirement of how long you must be offshore to apply for a 1 90 with Victoria. However, if you have a visa to stay in Australia and you're applying for Victoria 190 from offshore, that information will be inconsistent.
Question: Can someone living in Queensland apply for Victoria Skilled Migration program?
Answer: So if you're living in Queensland, you cannot apply for Victoria's nomination program because the requirement is either you need to be living in Victoria or you need to be living offshore
Question: Any chances for Chef to get invited for 190?
Answer: You have not seen any 190 invitations. So, for Victoria's nomination for 190, if you'll look at their FAQ, they have mentioned that they will prioritize some of the occupations. Of course, they'll also be prioritizing hospitality occupations, but they have mentioned that they'll be prioritizing hospitality occupations only for a 491 nomination.
