In this blog, we will cover the latest updates on 190 and 491 visas across all States and Territories.
We will look at the number of intending migrants who received nominations from State and Territory Governments from 1st July 2022 to 31st March 2023.
Please note that this number does not include the pre-invitations that the states have recently issued.
Please also note that Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia have recently made some minor adjustments in their 190 and 491 quotas.
NEW SOUTH WALES
We have seen many invitations from NSW for both 190 and 491 visas. They have invited some occupations with a total of 65 points. According to the Department of Home Affairs website data, NSW still has 1034 seats left for 190 visas and 4114 seats for 491 visas. Considering that NSW has so many seats left, we should see many invites at minimum points from NSW.
